Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seamless Pattern Generator at seamlessify.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing credits, or using AI generation, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service provides two different workflows:

• Direct stitching processes supported images locally in your browser. Those source images are not uploaded to our image-processing servers.
• AI generation creates images from a text prompt or from a prompt inferred from one reference image. AI features require an account and credits.

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. The Service is not directed to children under 18.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, creates legal or security risk, or abuses the Service.

3. AI model disclosure

AI images are generated content, not human-created artwork. The currently selectable generation models are Z-Image Turbo and Ideogram V4 Tiling, delivered through fal.ai. When a reference image is supplied, DeepSeek V4 Flash Vision Experimental analyzes a reduced copy and returns a text prompt; the selected generation model does not receive the reference image.

These model and provider names identify third-party technology used by the Service. Seamless Pattern Generator is an independent product and is not an official product of, sponsored by, or endorsed by fal.ai, Ideogram, DeepSeek, or Microsoft.

AI systems are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that an output will match a prompt, be unique, be error-free, be seamless in every use case, or be suitable for a particular commercial purpose.

4. Credits, purchases, and refunds

The credit cost shown beside the Generate button applies to each generation request. Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to use eligible AI features; they are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Paid transactions are processed by the payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout. Prices, taxes, billing period, included credits or features, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Refund requests are handled under the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Contact support@seamlessify.com if you need purchase assistance.

An AI generation can fail because of safety checks, provider availability, or technical limits. When the Service reports that a generation failed or was blocked after reserving credits, the corresponding credit reservation is returned as described in the product interface.

5. User content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in prompts, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy a limited license to host, transmit, resize, analyze, moderate, generate from, and store that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You must have all permissions needed to upload and use your content. You may not submit confidential material you are not authorized to disclose, personal data without a lawful basis, or material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

AI output may resemble existing material and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing an output and obtaining any necessary rights or clearances before publishing, selling, or otherwise using it.

6. Acceptable use and content safety

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It specifically prohibits pornography or NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content or CSAM, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement, along with attempts to bypass safety controls.

User prompts, optional reference images, and generated images are subject to automated content-safety review. A request or result may be blocked, withheld, deleted, or escalated for review. Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of credits, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, or reports to appropriate authorities where required.

7. Storage and deletion

AI-generated images and their associated generation records are stored privately for up to 30 days so they can appear in your account history. They are then scheduled for deletion. Download any image you wish to keep. Browser-only direct-stitching files are not included in this storage.

You may request account deletion through available account settings. Some transaction, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.

8. Service and third-party availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, prices, or providers. Third-party AI, moderation, storage, authentication, analytics, email, and payment services may be subject to their own availability and terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seamless Pattern Generator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service or AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or safety requirements. The updated date will appear above, and material changes may be communicated through the Service where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
