Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content
Content rules, safety review, reporting, and enforcement for AI generation
Seamless Pattern Generator at seamlessify.com ("we," "us," or the "Service") is committed to safe, lawful, and responsible AI image generation. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every user of the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy covers text prompts and instructions, uploaded AI reference images, prompts inferred from reference images, AI-generated images, and generated content stored in account history. It also applies to attempts to use the Service, whether or not a generation succeeds.
2. AI systems and independent-brand disclosure
The selectable image-generation models are Z-Image Turbo and Ideogram V4 Tiling, delivered through fal.ai. Reference-image analysis uses DeepSeek V4 Flash Vision Experimental. Automated input and output safety analysis uses Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety.
These are third-party technologies. Seamless Pattern Generator is an independent product and does not claim to be an official application of, or endorsed by, any listed model or provider. All generated results are AI-generated content.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to request, create, upload, store, or distribute any of the following six categories:
- Pornography or NSFW content, including explicit sexual content or sexual exploitation.
- Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, glorification of extreme violence, or instructions that facilitate harm.
- Hate speech, including content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites discrimination against protected groups.
- Child-unsafe content or CSAM, including any sexualized depiction of a minor, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers children.
- Deepfakes or impersonation, including deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people and attempts to misrepresent identity or endorsement.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected characters, logos, brands, artwork, or other material in a way that violates another party's rights.
4. Zero-tolerance and other prohibited conduct
The following conduct is subject to immediate action and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required:
- CSAM or any sexual content involving minors;
- promotion or facilitation of terrorism, violent extremism, genocide, or mass violence;
- instructions for constructing weapons of mass destruction;
- non-consensual sexual deepfakes or targeted sexual abuse;
- credible threats or content intended to facilitate imminent physical harm.
You also may not generate or spread fraudulent or materially deceptive content, impersonate a person or organization, violate privacy or publicity rights, bulk-generate spam, use AI content to deceive people about its origin, probe or bypass safety controls, or use another person's account or payment method without authorization.
5. Content-safety review
We use multiple safety layers:
- Before generation: submitted prompts and optional reference images are sent to automated safety analysis. A blocked or unavailable input review stops the generation before credits are charged or generation providers are called.
- After generation: generated images are submitted to automated image review before persistence and delivery. Images determined to be unsafe are not saved or shown, and the reserved generation credits are returned.
- Provider safeguards: generation providers may apply additional filters and refuse requests under their own safety policies.
- Reports and follow-up: user reports may be reviewed manually. We may remove stored content or restrict an account while a report is investigated.
Generated images are private to the signed-in account and are not published in a public gallery. They are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Automated systems can make mistakes; passing a safety check does not make content lawful or transfer responsibility away from the user.
6. Reporting prohibited content
Report suspected violations, child-safety concerns, impersonation, or infringement through our contact page or by emailing support@seamlessify.com. This is the monitored channel for safety reports and appeals.
Include, where available, your account email, the approximate generation date, a description of the concern, the affected content or record, and evidence that you own or represent the affected rights. Do not email illegal image files; describe the content and how we can identify it safely.
We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, review them impartially, and may take action against malicious or knowingly false reports. Critical child-safety or credible imminent-harm reports receive priority.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity, history, intent, and legal requirements, we may:
- reject a prompt or prevent a result from being displayed;
- remove a generated image or related record;
- issue a warning or restrict models, credits, or AI features;
- suspend or permanently terminate an account;
- preserve evidence and cooperate with payment providers, rights holders, or authorities where legally required.
Severe child-safety, terrorism, credible-threat, or repeated high-risk violations may result in immediate termination without a prior warning. Credits associated with abuse may be revoked where permitted by law and the applicable purchase terms.
8. Appeals
If you believe your content or account was restricted by mistake, email support@seamlessify.com within 14 days of the notice. Include the account email, decision being appealed, and relevant context. We aim to review appeals within 10 business days. Where practicable, the appeal will be considered separately from the initial decision.
9. User responsibility and AI disclosure
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded references, generated images, and downstream use. Before publishing or selling an output, check it for accuracy, safety, intellectual-property conflicts, and required permissions. Do not present AI-generated output as verified fact or intentionally mislead others into believing it was entirely human-created.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this Policy as laws, providers, risks, and Service features change. The latest update date appears above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
