1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Seamless Pattern Generator at seamlessify.com ("we," "us," or the "Service") collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes information. It applies to the website, user accounts, AI image generation, purchases, and support interactions.

2. Information we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we process:

Account data: name, email address, account identifier, login and verification status, and security-related records.
AI inputs: text prompts, selected model and settings, and a reduced copy of an optional reference image.
AI outputs: generated images, the prompt used for generation, model and size metadata, creation time, and expiration time.
Payment data: product, order, subscription, billing status, transaction identifiers, and limited customer details supplied by the payment provider. Full card details are handled by the payment provider or merchant of record and are not stored by us.
Support data: information you submit through the contact form or support email, including reports and appeals.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or analytics identifiers, and diagnostic events.
Safety data: moderation results, blocked-request indicators, provider request identifiers, and operational logs needed to investigate abuse or service failures.

3. Local image processing

Images added to the Direct stitching workflow are processed with browser APIs on your device and are not uploaded to our image-processing servers. If you separately choose AI generation and attach a reference image, that reduced reference is processed as described below.

4. How AI data is processed

We use the following services for AI generation and safety:

Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety receives prompts and image content for automated safety analysis before generation and at the generated-output review stage.
DeepSeek V4 Flash Vision Experimental receives a reduced reference image and optional instruction when you choose reference-based generation. It returns a text prompt. The reference image is not sent to the selected generation model.
fal.ai receives the final text prompt, selected image size, and tiling settings and invokes either Z-Image Turbo or Ideogram V4 Tiling. It returns the generated image.
Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 run the application and privately store account data, generation metadata, and generated images.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or images you are not authorized to use.

5. Why we use information

We use information to:

create and secure accounts;
provide local and AI pattern-generation features;
apply credits, process purchases, and maintain billing records;
screen prompts, reference images, and outputs for prohibited content;
save private generation history and deliver requested downloads;
respond to support, safety reports, rights requests, and appeals;
prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our policies;
monitor reliability, diagnose failures, and improve the Service; and
comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory duties.

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, AI, content-safety, authentication, email, analytics, customer-support, and payment providers. A payment provider such as Waffo Pancake may act as merchant of record when identified at checkout. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the public, to investigate abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction.

We do not sell prompts, reference images, or generated images as standalone personal data.

7. Retention

AI-generated images and their associated generation records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after creation. Download images you want to retain. Account information is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Payment and tax records are kept for legally required periods. Support, safety, and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including private object storage and authenticated access to generation history. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, or request a portable copy. You may delete your account through available account settings or contact us. You can control non-essential cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where an exemption or legal obligation applies.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children for AI generation. Report suspected child-safety issues immediately through the channels in our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears above.
